How to connect to our TeamSpeak 3 Server.

1. Download Teamspeak (Available for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android)
1. https://www.teamspeak.com/downloads
2. Install TeamSpeak
3. Click Connections > then click Connect
4. Server Address: voice.helpcomponline.com
1. There is no server password (leave it empty)
5. Enter your nickname, click Connect

Issues Connecting?

• Fully close out of TeamSpeak and re-open it. Then verify the server address is voice.helpcomponline.com and try connecting
• Are you able to access https://gamersarray.com?
• Check our System Status page to see if there's an outage, or an issue with our TeamSpeak server.
• Read the error message. Does it say Banned, or does it say "Failed to connect to the server."
• If you're still unable to connect, please open a ticket with us to further diagnose the issue.
